Our Story

From Humble Beginnings Driven by Vision

20160915_113504.jpg

Keywest Projects began in 2009 as a modest home-based office founded by two passionate engineers, Perry Jasson (CEO) and Stewart Nichols (VP of Engineering). Fueled by a shared vision to become a global leader in EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) innovation and services, Perry and Stewart set out to build more than just a company — they set out to build lasting partnerships. With a deep commitment to collaboration, excellence, and integrity, the foundation of Keywest Projects was built on the belief that success stems from strong relationships — with clients, team members, and stakeholders alike. What started as a two-person venture has grown into a world-class organization. Today, Keywest Projects employs over 180+ engineers and support personnel based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our team continues to push the boundaries of EPCM excellence, delivering innovative solutions and trusted service across industries. Over a decade and a half later, our founding vision remains stronger than ever — to lead, innovate, and grow, while staying true to the values that started it all.

Vision. Integrity. Drive
